At the GenieConnect® Best Practice Customer Forum, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from other councils and peers who have successfully implemented the GenieConnect® care delivery platform. This event aims to foster the exchange of valuable insights, strategies, and experiences, enabling you to maximise the benefits of GenieConnect® within North Lincolnshire Council.

Key benefits from attending

The Forum will be attended by representatives from up to 10 Local Authority teams from different regions, all currently in the deployment phase of GenieConnect®. Each customer is welcome to bring up to four individuals working on the project, preferably with different responsibilities to one another. This ensures a diverse and engaging environment for discussions and networking opportunities.

Themes that will be explored during the forum include

• Encourage the exchange of information and facilitate meaningful conversations surrounding the implementation and delivery of GenieConnect®.
• Explore the cultural shift towards a tech-first approach in social care and its implications for your organisation.
