To help you get started, we have created short training videos on how to use your Genie from out of the box, everyday usage and access to further support. Use the dropdown menu below to access the video you would like to watch. They are in order, starting with unboxing your Genie. You can access the videos at anytime in any order you wish.

In your Genie box, you would have been given a printed how-to guide. If you would like  another printed copy or access the digital version, you can do so in the below drop down menu, "How-To Guides".
